360 OPTIMUM HAIR provides a range of high performance hair products to reduce hair loss and strengthen hair. If you have not found the products to be effective at stabilising and/or reversing your hair loss and you satisfy the terms and conditions described below, you can apply for a refund via the Money Back Guarantee.
The 180 day money back guarantee applies to 360 OPTIMUM HAIR products only. It does not apply to HAIRMAX devices.
To receive a refund, you must fulfil the following requirements:
- Consistently use the treatments for 180 days as directed by the Treatment Plan and/or Hair Loss Consultant*
- Book and attend two free consultations (in-clinic or via phone call or video call) with our Hair Loss Consultant. The first within 30 days (1 month) after receiving your first shipment, and the second within 120 days (4 months) after you receive your shipment.**
- Submit photos of your hair*** before starting the treatment, then at least every 30 days via email to: info@360hairclinic.co.uk with the subject line ‘360 OPTIMUM HAIR TREATMENT PROGRESS FOR REVIEW (ADD NAME HERE)’
- Submit a refund request to the email below along with your order number, between 180 and 187 days after your first shipment was delivered.

Refund requests will not be accepted until 180 days have passed since the first shipment delivery date, or after 187 days have passed since the first shipment delivery date.
Refunds will be made to the payment method you used to make the original purchase.
Limit one refund per customer per eligible product.
You will receive a refund for the hair loss products you have received at the point of the refund request.
